UGI Corporation is a distributor and marketer
of energy products and services. UGI is a domestic and international
distributor of propane and butane. The company also markets and
distributes natural gas and electricity and provides heating
and cooling services in the eastern region of the United States.

Propane
AmeriGas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: APU) is the largest retail marketer
of propane in the United States, delivering more than 1 billion
gallons to 1.3 million customers from distribution locations
in 46 states. Also, it conducts an international propane and
butane distribution business principally in Europe through our
wholly owned subsidiaries Antargaz and Flaga. Together with a
joint venture in China, the international operations sell nearly
400 million gallons of propane and butane annually. UGI owns
44% of AmeriGas.
Gas and Electric
UGI Utilities, Inc. is a local distributor of natural gas and
electricity to nearly 370,000 customers in eastern Pennsylvania.
UGI Energy Services, Inc. markets natural gas, oil and electricity
to commercial and industrial customers in the eastern region
of the United States. It also owns and operates interests in
Pennsylvania-based electric generation assets. In southeastern
Pennsylvania and northern Delaware, UGI HVAC Enterprises, Inc.
provides heating, cooling, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing
services through several divisions.
For fiscal 2005, UGI reported net income
of $187.5 million and revenues of $4.8 billion, up from $3.7
billion in 2004.
