- Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Allows you to reimburse yourself for eligible out-of-pocket health
care expenses with before-tax contributions you make to your
FSA account during the plan year.
- Dependent Care Plan (DCP)
Allows you to reimburse yourself for eligible dependent care
expenses with before-tax contributions you make to your DCP account
during the plan year.
- Basic Life Insurance
Provides a company-paid life insurance benefit equal to one time
your annual base pay, up to a maximum benefit amount of $125,000.
- Voluntary Employee Life Insurance
Allows you to purchase life insurance coverage in addition to
your Basic Life Insurance, up to seven times your annual base
pay, up to a maximum coverage amount of $1,250,000.
- Voluntary Employee Accident Insurance
Allows you to purchase coverage for accidental death and other
losses up to seven times your annual base pay, up to a maximum
coverage amount of $1,500,000.
- Voluntary Dependent Life Insurance and Voluntary Dependent
Accident Insurance
Allows you to purchase life and accident insurance for your spouse
and children.
- Short-term Disability Income Program
A company-paid benefit that provides wage replacement for up
to 26 weeks if you are absent from work because of an approved
non-occupational illness or injury after you've been off work
for seven consecutive days. Weekly benefit is equal to 60% of
your weekly base pay.
- Long-Term Disability Income Program
A company-paid benefit that provides wage replacement during
periods of disability that extend beyond the period covered by
the Short-Term Disability Income Program or Workers' Compensation.
Monthly benefits are equal to 60% of your monthly base pay, up
to a maximum of $10,000 per month.
- Pension Plan
A company-paid benefit that provides a benefit at retirement,
based on your age when you retire, when you begin receiving benefits,
and the form of payment you elect. You are vested after five
years of vesting service. You earn a year of vesting service
for each year that you earn at least 1,000 hours of service.
- Employee 401(k) Savings Plan
Allows you to save for your retirement through before-tax Deferred
Compensation Savings 401(k) contributions, or through after-tax
Voluntary Savings contributions. You choose how to invest your
contributions from different investment funds. Before-tax contributions
and all investment earnings are tax-deferred, which means you
don't pay taxes on the money until you take it out of the plan.
Additionally, the Company will match 25¢ for every before-tax
dollar you save in the plan (up to 6% of your pay).
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Provides you the opportunity to purchase RR Donnelley stock
in a systematic, low-cost way through payroll deductions.
- Employee Assistance Program
A company-paid, confidential program designed to provide support
through many of life's stages and events. The services include
practical parenting advice and child care referral assistance,
mature transitions, elder care issues, health and wellness information
and tips, legal, consultations, education options assistance,
as well as support in resolving personal problems that may affect
your health, well-being and job performance.
- Adoption Assistance Program
A company-paid program that provides employees with financial
assistance up to $2,000 for eligible adoption expenses.
