Morton's is the world's largest owner and
operator of company-owned upscale steakhouse restaurants.
All Morton's steakhouses have a similar
style, concept and decor, and are designed to convey an image
of sophistication, warmth and a premium dining experience. All
but one Morton's steakhouse have on-premises, private dining
and meeting facilities that are referred to as Boardrooms.
The company owns and operates 76 Morton's steakhouses located in 64 cities in 26 states and Puerto Rico and five international locations (Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Toronto and Vancouver). The company also owns one Italian restaurant named Trevi in the Forum Shops at Caesar's in Las Vegas.
Morton's reported revenues of $281.1 million in 2009, down 14.7% and net loss of $79.9 million.
The company closed six Morton's restaurants in 2009 and one Bertoli's restaurant.

and Klaus Fritsch.
