Medical, dental and vision coverage
Coverage for medical, dental and vision needs. Flexible spending accounts available.

Savings Plan
- Employees may contribute up to 16 percent of pay
- The company matches 75 cents for every dollar you contribute, up to six percent of your pay
- The company may make an annual discretionary match of as much as 50 cents for every dollar you contribute, up to six percent of eligible pay
- Immediate, 100 percent vesting of company matching contributions

Retirement Plan
- Employees are automatically enrolled in this cash balance pension plan on the date of hire
- The company provides an annual contribution credit based on four percent of your eligible pay**
- An interest credit is applied annually
-100 percent vesting after five years of service

Life Insurance
Basic and group life insurance offered. Accident, disability, long-term care and business travel insurance also provided.

Other Benefits
Vacation Buy/Sell benefit allows employees (except officers, part-time employees and bargaining unit employees in Minnegasco Locals 340 and 949) to buy one week, sell one week or sell two weeks of vacation at annual enrollment each year. Other non-traditional benefits include tuition reimbursement for employees, scholarship programs for dependents, and wellness programs.
