Savings Plan
- Employees may contribute up to
16 percent of pay
- The company matches 75 cents for every dollar you contribute,
up to six percent of your pay
- The company may make an annual discretionary match of
as much as 50 cents for every dollar you contribute, up to six
percent of eligible pay
- Immediate, 100 percent vesting of company matching contributions
Retirement Plan
- Employees are automatically enrolled
in this cash balance pension plan on the date of hire
