Benefits
Health Plans
CDW offers a choice of two medical and
two dental plans to eligible coworkers. Prescription coverage
and a basic vision allowance are included in each of the medical
plans. CDW also offers a supplemental vision plan. These plans
are designed to protect you and your family against financial
hardship in the event of serious illness or injury, and to encourage
you to take an active role in your health care.
CDW's health and dependent care flexible spending accounts provide
coworkers with a tax-effective means to pay for out-of-pocket
health care and dependent care expenses. Flexible spending accounts
allow coworkers to pay for up to $4,000 of eligible out-of-pocket
health care expenses and up to $5,000 of eligible dependent care
expenses on a pre-tax basis.
Financial Security
CDW's financial security benefits assist
you in your future goals and help you build a solid foundation
for financial security.
The CDW Corporation Employees' Profit Sharing Plan is designed
to help our coworkers save for their retirement and to reward
coworkers for their contributions to the success of the Company.
The plan has three components:
1. The 401(k) feature allows you to save
for the future through pre-tax payroll deductions.
2. Employer matching contributions may be made to coworkers who
make 401(k) contributions to the plan during the plan year and
remain employed at CDW on the last day of the plan year.
3. Employer profit-sharing contributions may be made by CDW for
coworkers who are eligible to participate in the plan and remain
employed at CDW on the last day of the plan year.
Through the CDW Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), coworkers
can purchase shares of CDW common stock at a discount. CDW also
may grant stock options to eligible coworkers, which allow coworkers
to purchase CDW stock at a future date at a price that is pre-determined.
Insurance and Disability:
CDW's disability and survivor benefits
help provide financial support and income protection in the event
of a serious illness, injury or death.

employed. Each coworker is covered for $35,000 in basic life
and $35,000 in AD&D. In addition, Coworkers can enroll in
